About Torque Collective

Built around quality, not volume.

Torque Collective is a UK-based cycling workshop founded to offer a more considered approach to bike servicing, setup, and technical support.

The business was created around a simple principle: bikes deserve the right amount of time, attention, and expertise — not rushed turnaround or generic solutions. Everything we do is workshop-led, appointment-only, and focused on long-term reliability and rider experience.

Our Approach

We believe good servicing starts with:

  • Proper assessment
  • Clear communication
  • Correct setup
  • Honest advice

Rather than chasing volume, Torque Collective allocates dedicated time to every booking. This allows work to be carried out properly, with no shortcuts and no unnecessary upselling.

Our services are designed to support real riders, real bikes, and real riding conditions — whether that’s routine servicing, performance tuning, suspension work, or diagnostics.

Technical Focus

Torque Collective operates with a strong emphasis on technical competence and serviceability. We specialise in modern MTB platforms, with road and gravel services expanding through 2026.

Our work prioritises:

  • Correct setup to manufacturer specification
  • Durability and long-term performance
  • Repeatable, documented processes

Where work falls outside our in-house scope, we partner with approved service centres to ensure the right outcome for the rider and the bike.

How We Work

  • Appointment-only workshop
  • Dedicated time per booking
  • Transparent pricing and clear scope
  • No walk-in retail, no pressure sales

This model allows us to stay focused on quality, consistency, and trust.

Looking Ahead

Torque Collective is intentionally growing in stages. Our current workshop operation supports a controlled, high-quality service offering, with plans to move into a dedicated commercial workshop and curated retail space when the business — and demand — justify it.

Future developments will be driven by service quality and rider need, not scale for its own sake.

Torque Collective exists to support riders who value quality, clarity, and work done properly.
