Electric mountain bikes · Kelvedon, Essex

Specialist e-MTBs, chosen for how they ride

Norco and Amflow electric mountain bikes backed by rider-specific setup, manufacturer diagnostics and ongoing support from Torque Collective’s specialist workshop.

We keep the range focused. Each platform must offer a clear ride experience, dependable support and a genuine reason to choose it—not simply another specification sheet on the wall.

Based in Kelvedon, we support riders across Essex, with riders from Ipswich and South Suffolk also travelling to us for e-MTB sales, setup and workshop aftercare.

Two brands. Distinct platforms.

Choose the bike before choosing the specification

Start with how you want the bike to feel, the terrain you ride and the level of assistance you want. We will help narrow the platform, size and build from there.

Useful questions

Contact us if you are comparing platforms or need to confirm current stock, lead time or availability before travelling.

Which e-bike brands does Torque Collective offer?

Torque Collective is an authorised Norco dealer and supplies Amflow electric bikes. The current range includes Norco Sight VLT and Range VLT platforms alongside Amflow PR Carbon Pro, PX Carbon Pro and TL Carbon models, with selected bikes supplied by special order where required.

Can I order a bike that is not physically in stock?

Yes. Selected Norco and Amflow models can be supplied by special order, subject to distributor availability. We will confirm the exact model, specification, size, price and expected lead time before an order is committed.

How is a new e-bike prepared?

Every Torque-supplied bike is fully assembled, inspected and set up before handover. Suspension, cockpit and key rider settings are adjusted rather than leaving the bike in a generic factory configuration.

Can Torque service the motor system afterwards?

Yes. Torque has manufacturer diagnostic access for Avinox, Bosch, TQ, Shimano, SRAM Powertrain, Brose and Fazua systems, alongside mechanical e-bike servicing.

Can I compare the Norco and Amflow options?

Yes. Tell us where you ride, the bike you currently own and what you want to change. We can explain the meaningful differences in ride feel, assistance, weight, geometry and intended use.

Can I view or test a bike before ordering?

Contact us first to confirm which bikes and sizes are currently available to view and whether a suitable demonstration can be arranged.
