All diagnostics are carried out by appointment, with a focus on accurate assessment, non-invasive inspection, and clear, practical advice.
E-Bike Diagnostics
Fault finding, error codes, firmware checks, and system assessment using manufacturer-approved software.
Mechanical Diagnostics
Identification of performance issues across drivetrain, braking, suspension, and general bike function.
System & Setup Checks
Assessment of overall bike setup, wear points, and component condition to highlight underlying issues.
We assess your bike, identify the root cause of any issues, and explain exactly what’s required — no unnecessary work, no guesswork.
Where further servicing or repair is needed, this will always be discussed and agreed before any work begins.
