A professional diagnostic service for e-bikes experiencing error codes, warning messages, power loss or other system concerns. We connect directly to the bike using the relevant manufacturer software, document the findings and recommend the appropriate next step before repair work begins.
This is a diagnostic-only service and does not include repairs. Diagnostic time is chargeable regardless of outcome. Any follow-on repair, parts or servicing will be quoted separately.
A structured six-month service focused on mechanical safety, drivetrain performance and braking reliability, with key visual checks specific to e-bike systems.
Hydraulic brake bleeding, software diagnostics, suspension servicing, internal bearing work and replacement parts are not included. Any worn components or additional work will be discussed before proceeding.
A comprehensive annual mechanical refresh. It includes everything in the Interim Service, deeper component cleaning and servicing, plus a manufacturer-software scan and firmware check on every compatible bike.
Motor removal, internal suspension servicing, bearing servicing or replacement, internal dropper servicing, major wheel truing and replacement parts are not included. Complex internal cable or headset routing may require additional labour. Extra work will always be explained and approved first.
A professional labour-only service for removing and replacing a compatible motor supplied or approved by the manufacturer. Pricing starts at £165 and varies where frame access, routing or additional work increases complexity.
This is labour only: the motor is not supplied. It must be compatible and approved for the bike. Fault diagnosis, warranty processing, additional mechanical or electrical work and replacement parts are not included.
Most routine service work is completed within 72 hours of the agreed appointment. Parts availability, manufacturer support, additional faults or motor replacement complexity can extend the turnaround; if this happens, we will explain the findings, confirm any additional cost and keep you updated.

Yes. Every Full E-Bike Service includes connection to the relevant manufacturer software, a system check and firmware updates where available.
No. The diagnostic service identifies and documents the problem. Any repair, parts or additional labour will be quoted separately.
No. The motor area, connections and visible wiring are inspected, but motor removal is a separate workshop service.
