Workshop FAQs

How do I know which service my bike needs?

If you are unsure, book a £25 assessment. We will identify the faults, explain the sensible options and credit the assessment when approved labour reaches at least £100.

Are parts included in the service prices?

Replacement parts are additional unless specifically stated. New rim tape and sealant are included where the service includes a tubeless refresh or setup.

Do you service road and gravel bikes?

Yes. Torque Collective specialises in MTB and e-MTB work, but road and gravel servicing is also available.

Do you need to see the bike before quoting?

Many standard services can be priced from the menu. Fault-finding, seized parts, damaged components and previous poor workmanship can add variability, so we will assess and agree any extra work first.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes. Contact the workshop before visiting so we can understand the job and allocate an appropriate service slot.

How long will my bike be in the workshop?

Most bikes are turned around in under 72 hours. Parts availability and additional faults can increase this, and we will keep you informed.
