This is the current Torque Collective workshop menu. Replacement parts and any extra work are not included unless specifically stated, and will be discussed before proceeding.
All prices include VAT. If inspection reveals worn parts, seized components, previous poor workmanship or additional faults, we will explain the options and agree the cost before carrying out further work.
Most bikes are completed in less than 72 hours once booked into the workshop. Parts availability, unexpected faults and more involved diagnostic work can extend this, but any change will be communicated clearly. The workshop is appointment-led so time can be allocated properly.
Specialist rather than generic
Torque is built around modern mountain bikes, e-MTBs, suspension and technical workshop work—not a one-size-fits-all service counter.
Before you book
If you are unsure, book a £25 assessment. We will identify the faults, explain the sensible options and credit the assessment when approved labour reaches at least £100.
Replacement parts are additional unless specifically stated. New rim tape and sealant are included where the service includes a tubeless refresh or setup.
Yes. Torque Collective specialises in MTB and e-MTB work, but road and gravel servicing is also available.
Many standard services can be priced from the menu. Fault-finding, seized parts, damaged components and previous poor workmanship can add variability, so we will assess and agree any extra work first.
Yes. Contact the workshop before visiting so we can understand the job and allocate an appropriate service slot.
Most bikes are turned around in under 72 hours. Parts availability and additional faults can increase this, and we will keep you informed.
Send us the bike make and model, the issue or service you have in mind, and any useful photographs. We will help identify the right next step and arrange an appointment in Kelvedon.
