Not sure exactly what your bike needs? We will evaluate the bike and its accessible components, explain the issues found and recommend the most effective next step.
We will explain the priorities and provide a clear recommendation before further work begins. If you approve recommended labour worth £100 or more, the £25 assessment charge is deducted from the final labour bill.
The assessment does not include component dismantling or extended fault-finding. If more detailed diagnostic work is required, we will discuss it with you first.
A structured six-month service focused on drivetrain performance, braking reliability and the overall condition of the bike—keeping it smooth, safe and consistent between full services.
Hydraulic brake bleeding, suspension servicing, internal bearing work and replacement parts are not included. Any worn components or additional work will be discussed before proceeding.
A comprehensive annual mechanical refresh. The Full Service includes everything in the Interim Service, plus deeper component cleaning, servicing and controlled reassembly.
Internal suspension servicing, bearing servicing or replacement, internal dropper servicing, major wheel truing and replacement parts are not included. Complex internal cable or headset routing may require additional labour. Any extra work will be explained and approved before proceeding.
Most bikes are completed within 72 hours of their agreed workshop appointment. Parts availability or additional faults can extend the turnaround time; if this happens, we will explain what has been found, confirm any additional cost and keep you updated.
