Torque Collective is a premium MTB and e-bike workshop and retailer based in Kelvedon, Essex.

Online store terms

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a contract and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You must not use our products or services for any unlawful purpose.

Products and availability

We make every effort to display product information, pricing and availability accurately.

However, product availability, specifications, images, colours, pricing and descriptions may change.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, amend pricing or cancel an order where information has been listed incorrectly.

Some products may be special order or subject to supplier availability.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling.

Where applicable, VAT is included in the price shown unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made using the payment methods available at checkout.

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been accepted.

Order acceptance

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation. This does not always mean the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where necessary, including where:

- an item is unavailable
- pricing or product information is incorrect
- payment cannot be verified
- fraud or misuse is suspected
- the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled

Delivery and collection

Delivery and collection terms are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Workshop visits and collections are by appointment only.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in line with our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Workshop services

Workshop services, servicing, fitting, diagnostics and labour are subject to assessment and availability.

Quotes may change if additional issues are found during inspection or repair.

We will seek approval before carrying out additional chargeable work where practical.

Workshop labour is not normally refundable once completed, unless there is a valid issue with the work carried out.

E-bikes and technical products

Cycling products, especially e-bike, drivetrain, brake, suspension and fitment-related items, can be technically specific.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check suitability before ordering.

If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your bike, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to help.

Finance and Cycle to Work

Finance options and Cycle to Work support may be available where applicable.

Finance is subject to status, approval and the terms of the finance provider.

Torque Collective does not provide regulated financial advice.

Warranty

Products may be covered by a manufacturer warranty where applicable.

Warranty support is handled in line with our Warranty Support guidance and the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Warranty does not usually cover normal wear and tear, crash damage, misuse, incorrect fitting, lack of maintenance or consumable wear.

The content on this website is provided for general information only.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that all content will be error-free, complete or up to date at all times.

Intellectual property
