Clear servicing options
Choose routine maintenance when the suspension is working correctly but needs fresh seals and lubrication. Choose a full service for overdue suspension, internal faults or a complete mechanical refresh.
Routine fork maintenance to restore lubrication, protect internal surfaces and maintain small-bump sensitivity.
Routine air-sleeve maintenance for shocks that feel dry, sticky or are due scheduled servicing.
A complete internal service for overdue forks or suspension showing persistent performance problems.
A complete internal rear-shock service carried out according to the model’s service requirements.
All prices include VAT, standard seals, the appropriate standard service kit, oils and lubricants.
Real workshop detail
Fork and shock work is carried out in-house with careful cleaning, lubrication, seal replacement and inspection before any additional parts are fitted. The aim is simple: suspension that feels consistent, controlled and right for the way you ride.
Optional performance upgrade
Available for compatible Fox and RockShox forks when booked with either a lower-leg service or a full fork service. SKF Dual Compound seals are designed to minimise friction without compromising sealing and to improve protection against contamination. They replace the standard seals already included in the service.
Compatibility and availability are confirmed before the service. This is an upgrade price and is not offered as a standalone seal installation.

Fox 32, 34, 36, 38 and 40 forks, plus Float X, Float X2, DHX and DHX2 rear shocks.
Pike, Lyrik, ZEB, SID, Domain and BoXXer forks, plus Deluxe, Super Deluxe, Vivid and coil shocks.
Selected Marzocchi Bomber forks and shocks, with additional suspension brands considered by prior agreement.
Choose the right level of work
Choose a lower-leg or air-can service when the suspension still functions correctly but feels dry, sticky or less sensitive, or is due routine maintenance.
Choose a full service for overdue suspension, inconsistent damping, contaminated oil, unusual noises or persistent poor performance.
If the suspension is mechanically healthy but the bike feels harsh, wallowy or unbalanced, our suspension setup service may be the better option.

Yes. Standard seals, the appropriate standard service kit, oils and lubricants are included in the advertised service price.
Yes. We service suspension fitted to eMTBs as well as standard mountain bikes.
Intervals depend on the manufacturer, model, riding frequency and conditions. If the suspension feels dry, sticky, harsh or inconsistent, it should be inspected even if the stated interval has not been reached.
Please provide the bike model, suspension brand, fork or shock model, year and serial number where possible. This allows us to confirm the correct parts in advance.
We explain the fault and obtain approval before fitting replacement components or completing work outside the booked service.
Suspension work is booked into a dedicated workshop slot. Turnaround depends on inspection findings and parts availability, and any delay or additional fault will be communicated clearly.
