Which Suspension Service Do I Need?

Choose a routine lower leg or air can service if your suspension still works but feels dry, sticky, less sensitive or is due routine maintenance.
Choose a full service if your fork or shock has persistent performance issues, contaminated oil, unusual noises, inconsistent damping or has gone well beyond its recommended service interval.
Choose suspension setup if the bike does not feel balanced, controlled or confidence-inspiring, even if the fork and shock are mechanically healthy.
Not sure? Ask the workshop before booking. We’ll help you choose the right option rather than guessing.

Suspension Brands We Support

We specialise in Fox, RockShox and Marzocchi suspension systems, with additional brands supported where appropriate.
If you are unsure whether we can service your fork or shock, contact us with the brand, model, year and serial number before booking.

Why Suspension Servicing Matters

Mountain bike suspension works hard, especially on eMTBs, trail bikes, enduro and downhill bikes. Dirt, moisture, heat and repeated impacts all affect how your fork and shock perform over time.
A proper suspension service helps restore sensitivity, support and control while reducing wear on internal parts. It also gives us the chance to spot issues before they become expensive problems.
Good suspension should help the bike track the ground, hold grip, stay composed and give you confidence. If your bike feels harsh, vague, sticky, divey or unpredictable, suspension servicing or setup is often one of the biggest improvements you can make.
