SRAM Eagle 90 T-Type Crankset – DUB Wide, 32T Steel, Q174

The SRAM Eagle 90 Transmission Crankset is built for riders who want robust, no-compromise drivetrain performance on the trail or enduro circuit. Designed specifically for SRAM’s T-Type Transmission platform, it pairs forged aluminium crank arms with a durable 32T stamped steel chainring – a practical choice where longevity matters more than trimming grams.

What It Does

Two independently removable composite bash guards provide genuine protection on technical terrain, keeping your chainring and chain interface intact when things get scrappy. The CL55 chainline works with SRAM’s DUB Wide spindle platform, making it compatible with modern MTB frames running full Eagle Transmission drivetrains. The Q174 stance gives the wider pedalling platform that aggressive trail and enduro geometry demands.

Technical Insight

  • Chainring: 32T stamped steel – T-Type compatible
  • Chainline: CL55 (DUB Wide spindle)
  • Q-Factor: Q174
  • Bash guards: 2 x composite, independently removable
  • Crank arms: Forged aluminium

Sizing Guide

Available in 160mm and 170mm crank arm lengths. 160mm suits riders who want more ground clearance on rocky or rooty terrain, or those with a shorter inseam. 170mm is the more common trail and enduro choice. If you’re unsure which length suits your setup, speak to the Torque Collective workshop team.

Why Torque Collective Stock This

We stock the Eagle 90 crankset because it fills a genuine gap for eMTB and MTB riders who need T-Type compatibility without overspending on top-tier components. The steel chainring and composite bash guards make it a sensible choice for riders covering varied, technical terrain in Essex and beyond – where durability and field repairability matter.
