Coast Optics Alta 2 MTB Goggles

The Alta 2 is Coast Optics' revised enduro and downhill goggle, built around a more comfortable fit, a wider field of view, and improved helmet compatibility compared to its predecessor. Available in Driftwood and Driftwood/Glacier colourways with a choice of lens options to suit different light conditions.

What It Does

  • Cylindrical anti-fog and anti-scratch lenses deliver improved protection and clear sightlines across varying conditions
  • Rapid magnetic lens change system makes swapping lenses fast and secure — useful mid-ride when the light shifts
  • Laser-cut lens ventilation holes promote airflow to help reduce fogging
  • Co injection-moulded frame uses Bio-TPU and PC for a sustainable, impact-resistant construction
  • Interchangeable recycled polyester strap with silicone grip lining

Lens Options

Available with Photochromatic, Smoke + Clear, Pink + Clear, or Clear only lens packs depending on your preferred conditions. Photochromatic lenses self-adjust to changing light; dual-lens packs give you flexibility to swap between bright and low-light riding.

Sizing & Fit

No official size chart is supplied for the Alta 2. Coast Optics describe a revised, more comfortable fit with broad helmet compatibility. If you are unsure whether these will work with your specific helmet, contact us before ordering.

Why Torque Collective Stock This

The Alta 2 covers the features most enduro and trail riders actually ask for: a quick, reliable lens change, solid anti-fog performance, and a frame that works with a range of helmets. The photochromatic option is particularly practical for UK riding where light changes fast. The use of Bio-TPU and recycled polyester also reflects a move toward more sustainable production without compromising on durability.
